Uploading Data

How the settings files and the neural network models get into the application folder depends on the platform.

On ctrlX OS

Most data can be uploaded directly through the ctrlX Web UI. Use WebDAV only when direct upload is not available or when you need to access the application folder structure.

On a PC

On a PC the settings files and the neural network models are ordinary files. Copy them into the folder the application reads its settings from:

  • (Windows) %APP_RESOURCE_DIR%\etc\lumiscan-ai-object-matching, when the environment variable APP_RESOURCE_DIR is set;

  • (Windows) otherwise C:\ProgramData\HD Vision Systems GmbH\LumiScan Vision Suite\lumiscan-ai-obj-mat\etc\lumiscan-ai-object-matching.

Put the neural network model and its description file into the models folder there. Restart the application after changing a file.
