TIFF File

The TIFF file contains calibration data used to convert 2D image coordinates into 3D coordinates on the calibrated plane. It is required for the LumiScan Calibration application and is provided by HD Vision Systems.

To obtain a TIFF file:

  1. Contact HD Vision Systems to obtain a calibration plate.

  2. Place the calibration plate on the plane you want to calibrate.

  3. Capture at least one image of the calibration plate with the camera.

  4. Send the captured images to HD Vision Systems.

  5. HD Vision Systems will provide the corresponding TIFF file.
