Bought from HD Vision Systems
This path applies to LumiScan software you bought directly from HD Vision Systems and run on Windows 11 or Ubuntu 24.04. The licences are stored on your LumiScan Key.
What you need

One LumiScan Key for each device on which the software runs at the same time. Keys can be exchanged between devices (see One key per device).

CodeMeter Runtime 9.00 or later (see Installing CodeMeter Runtime).
Engineering apps and runtimes

Activating your licences
If your LumiScan Key was delivered with your licences already on it, connect the key and start the software.
To add licences to the key, for example for a further product:

Create a licence request and send it to licenses@hdvisionsystems.com.

Import the licence update that you receive from HD Vision Systems.
Every year: renewing engineering licences
Engineering licences run for one year. Renew them before they expire, as described in Renewing Engineering Licences.
