Meta Settings

The meta section contains information about the JSON settings file and the LumiScan VGR version for which the configuration is intended.

It identifies the settings format, associates the configuration with a target machine, and records the corresponding application and software version.

Property Description

inputFileType

Identifies the type of settings file. For LumiScan VGR settings, the value is LumiScanVGRSettings.

inputFileVersion

Specifies the version of the JSON settings format.

targetMachine

Specifies the machine or system for which the configuration is intended.

programName

Specifies the application that uses the configuration. For LumiScan VGR, the value is LumiScanVGR.

programVersion

Specifies the LumiScan VGR version associated with the configuration.

Metadata Format

The JSON metadata format changed after LumiScan VGR version 1.7.0.0.
