## Temperature range {#sec-temperature-range}

**Table 1. Permissible ambient conditions**

|   |   |
| --- | --- |
| Operating temperature | 0 - 55 °C |
| Storage temperature | 0 - 65 °C |
| Relative humidity (non condensating) | 5% - 85% |

Make sure that the system has reached the optimum temperature before you achieve the best results.\
The manufacturer is not responsible for any malfunction caused by exposing the product to temperatures outside of this range.

## Accessories Compatibility {#sec-accessories-compatibility}

Use of an unauthorized power supply may result in electric shock, fire, and/or burns. This could result in serious injury or even death:

- Only use power supplies that meet Safety Extra Low Voltage (SELV) and Limited Power Source (LPS) requirements.
- If a powered HUB or switch is used, it must also meet the LPS requirements.

## Repairs {#sec-repairs}

Repairs, especially those that require opening the unit, may only be performed with the express permission and assistance of the manufacturer’s service department.\
Unauthorized opening voids the warranty and may result in electric shock, personal injury and/or damage to the product.

## Safety Instructions {#sec-safety-instructions}

The LumiScan X camera is a precision instrument. To minimize the risk of damage to the device or personal injury:

- Inspect the unit for damage before use. If the product is damaged, contact our customer service department.
- Do not use a damaged product.
