Warranty

HD Vision Systems GmbH provides a one-year warranty for this camera. To ensure that your warranty remains valid, please follow these guidelines:

  • Read the manual: Read the manual carefully before using the camera.

  • Do not remove the serial number label from the camera: If the label is removed and the serial number cannot be read from the camera’s registers, the warranty is invalid.

  • Do not open the camera housing: Touching internal components can damage them. If the camera needs to be serviced, only HD Vision Systems GmbH qualified personnel should perform this service. Unauthorized opening of the housing will void the warranty.

  • Prevent foreign objects from entering or being introduced into the camera housing: Do not allow liquid, flammable, or metallic substances to enter the camera body. Foreign objects may cause the camera to malfunction or cause a fire.

  • Avoid electromagnetic fields: Do not use the camera near strong electromagnetic fields. Avoid electrostatic charges.

  • Clean carefully: If you need to clean the camera body, follow the instructions in the Maintenance section.
